conflicting CSS files... merge your smf style.css in with your joomla template_css.css and delete/merge duplicate calls

Or you can try to move this line (cut)
<link href="<?php echo $mosConfig_live_site;?>/templates/rhuk_solarflare_ii/css/template_css.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"/>
and paste direct after
<?php mosShowHead(); ?>
This maybe working..
But you must edit your css file and fix font size etc.
