We have now got a new repository for themes over at http://themes.simplemachines.org/index.php in case you are not aware of it. I urge you to use it, because it will make it much easier for visitors to 1.) find a particular color/style 2.) find all themes by an author and 3.) find themes compatible for their SMF version easily.
In addition the "the latest and greatest themes" section in admin use that site as its base for displaying "latest", "featured" and "theme of the moment" - a random display of any theme. So if you want in on that part, be sure to copy/move your themes into the themes site as well. :)
