Otsikko: Question about altering built-in FAQ
Kirjoitti: Sapphire_H - huhtikuu 13, 2006, 07:02:15 IP
I apologize if this is a repeat question, I seem to be having an issue parsing down my search questions to get the result I want.

I'd like to make some drastic changes to the pre-loaded HELP files, customizing them with FAQ which relate specifically to my forum layout, features, etc.  I'd also like to make it meld better with the look of my site - put my site logo on it, etc.  I would, of course, leave the copyright notice at the bottom of each page intact.  I definitely have no problems shouting from the rooftops that SMF powers our awesome forum!  I would just like to make things a little more "warm and cozy."

Is this permitted?  What are the limitations regarding changes to the HELP files, if any?  (Aside from the obvious copyright notice)

Thanks for your help!

Apart from the copyright notice you can basically customize everything to your liking.
