SMF Version: SMF 1.0.5
Okay, I can get the theme installed (Planetfall, since all of the theme dl files here are corrupted), but when I enable it, it doenst look anything like it, like its missing a ton of elements.

I cant figure out whats wrong, the theme settings are at their defaults and I dont see an option that would fix that, and my theme image directory points to the right place

It also states my index and theme cant be found when I try and edit them, but they are in the proper spot.

could be its a 1.1 theme and you are running 1.05 ;)
Would that affect it? :( Thats like the only theme ive even been able to get considering every single file I download from here is corrupted, and yes its only happening on this site.

And I can assure you the files you download from here are not corrupted, I see no one else saying this.
You will rec'v a message that says the package may be corrupted (not compatible) if you try to install a theme or mod not designed for your version of smf :(
