I use to be able to set specific ranks to a specific person in phpbb2? Like for example instead f saying rookie or newboe I could call member let's say- mike -- Under his name I want it to say- "site maid" Thanks MIke

So any member can give themselves a title?

Admins can give any member a custom title. Members can give themselves a custom title if you give them the permission to do so.

Ohhh... I get it!! I need to change the permissions for all the users so they can't change their own title!! Thanks alot for your help!

Hello :)

I did not find the way to not give to users the permission to change their title. I mean, I can give the title I want but they still have in their profile the input to change it.

I only find the permission for text user.

The permission is called Edit custom title. Make sure both "Own profile:" and "Any profile:" are set to "X".

Or yes unchecked if you don't have deny permissions enabled :)
