I have a little problem with my forum and hope someone could help me.

there is a huge message saying 'Sorry, the copyright must be in the template.
Please notify this forum's administrator that this site is using an ILLEGAL copy of SMF! ' at the bottom of the forum, and the character and layout in info centre is all messed up.
Also I could not login to admin and profile.
I was trying to add a button in the menu,
after searching the internet, i followed the instruction by the following thread

My changed code is :

but unfortunately it did not work for me and when i try to go to the forum, an error message shows up and ask me to choose default template. I then clicked the default, and went to admin trying to change it back to classic template i was using, but the layeout remain as default.
I then changed the following path:
forum/Themes/default/
forum/Themes/default/image
forum/Themes/default/index_php
to:
forum/Themes/classic/
forum/Themes/classic/images
forum/Themes/classic/index_php
and it resulted in the situation i am having now
can anyone please advise me? urgent....
