Ok, I changed servers like last week and I had SMF installed on my site with my old host and had about 200 members with posts. I know there is a way to get back those posts, but I don't know what to do? Before I changed servers I backed up the forums and the database, but I don't know what to do with all these files? Can anyone help me out so I can get my site back up?

ok, i followed that and it worked somewhat...what i mean is my forums are installed and they work, but the users online is always 1, and I know this is wrong when I'm getting PM's from people saying, how come im the only one online if others are making posts? what can i do to fix this?
