Title: PSPELL couldn't open the dictionary...
Post by: ECCShaman on April 03, 2004, 11:47:54 PM
From the error log. I have the latest update.

2: PSPELL couldn't open the dictionary. reason: The encoding "iso-8859-1" is not known. This could also mean that the file "/usr/share/pspell/iso-8859-1.map" could not be opened for reading or does not exist.
File: /home/wakantan/public_html/eccforums/Sources/Subs-Post.php
Line: 773

Just passing the info on...

Already fixed, although spell checking should still work even with that message.

Thanks for the update Unknown. Yes, the spell checking still works. There was one instance when it didn't work properly, but there was not a repeat of the incident.

We are putting the program through it's paces - fast, hard and furious, and so far the only errors encountered, other than the one that has been fixed, are errors the members normally and accidentally create themselves and that are not related to SMF.
