I upgraded from 1.0.3 to 1.1rc2
SO now it says it finished and congratulations however now when I try to go to my forums I get page is being upgraded and I can't access my forums. It won't come out of maintenance mode. I have tried going to
http://www.ihatedialysis.com/forums
http://www.ihatedialysis.com/forums/index.php
When I even try to go to Settings.php it is a BLANK page.
Is it broke?
Settings.php should be blank, that file contains your mysql user name and password.
You don't want anyone looking at that.
if your in maintenance mode, you should still be able to login as admin.

Ok I tried repair_settings.php I had forgot about that. Thank you very much. But now I notice my arcade is GONE! and my theme. Do I have to reinstall my arcade? and is my scores gone?

Yes, you will have to reinstall the theme and the arcade. Your scores may or may not be gone. If you made a backup when you did the upgrade, you can just copy the data from the old arcade tables to the new ones after you re-install the arcade (INSERT INTO table SELECT * FROM othertable). There have been a lot of code changes between 1.0.3 and 1.1 RC2, so that's why nothing is installed anymore.
