SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
I have a problem with the package manager (And Themens as well): it desn't work at all. It fails. And, even without a error telling it, is the unzip of the packages doesn't work at all.

Is a problem of my hosting, or a problem of configuration? Packages is in 777.

I'm very plased if you can give me some tips or workarounds...

Can you give us more info? What exactly happens (besides "it fails")?

Do tar.gz packages work?
