On my website Cross Connection I can add moderators to different boards but they cannot perform any of the tasks moderators should be able to do. In the permissions section it says there are no members set as mods. However, as you can see two sections of my forum have a mod assigned to two boards.
I am using SMF 1.1 RC2.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also, you are free to join the forum if you would like.
Thank you!
-Nathan
Anyone have any suggestions?

im sorry it has taken so long for a response.
If you're willing to pm me a username(with admin privilages) along with a password, i will gladly look into it for you :)
just because you add someones name to moderate dosen't give them those permissions right away.
log in as admin, go to member list and click on your mods name. looking at there profile you will see Account Related Settings, here you can change there group to moderator.
at least i think thats how you do it.
Thank you both for the replies. I have PMed you a user name and password.

I tried looking in the individuals profile. A moderator group option is not listed.
Thanks!

when i am logged in under admin, i will view a members profile and have the ability to change anything.
I can change their group. However, there is no moderator group listed. Only Super Moderator, Admin, and other custom groups.
