I would really like to see an option added to the admin panel that would enable me to exclude the content of personal messeges from the notification email. A similar feature is available for post notifications, so it should be an easy addition.
The reason for the request is because people are constantly replying to the PM email notifications which get sent to my dedicated forum email address and not the person they are intended for. As a result I have to routinely go in and clear out my inbox to free up space.
The other option would be to change the private messege structure so that when the forum generates and sends a PM notification, it uses the email address of the member sending it. This way when people who can't follow simple instructions reply to the notification, their response still goes to the person it was intended for.
