I have:
Joomla! 1.0.8, SMF 1.1 RC2, Community Builder 1.0 RC2 & the 1.14 Bridge Installed.
Members can login fine, and I have tested and the bridge seems to pass the info to Joomla! fine (and vice versa). However, the search Feature, when you click Search, a download box pops up. It is trying to download 'index.php'.
The exact same thing happens when "Spell Check" is clicked.
I have searched Alot, and have not found anybody with this problem. I do not have any clue how to code PHP....so I am at a loss as to what to do to fix this.
Do you have a URL?
Those two are related. Either spell check isn't installed properly or spell check doesn't have the dictionary for your language installed. The solution would probably be to install the dictionary for your language or to disable spell check (uncheck Admin -> 'Posts and Topics' -> 'Enable spell checking').

Install a language? I'm not sure how to do that. My site is in english, which I think is the default language. I had always thought that, installing a language was directed towards non-english speaking situations.
Installing/configuring aspell is something that needs to be done on server level. If you have root access you could try to reinstall aspell. Otherwise disabling spell check would probably be the easiest solution.
