Is there a way to modify the Table BBC code to add things like a defined width a border and simple stuff.

I'm wondering about the same.. can I apply for example cellpadding in a bbc code table?

at this time, no.

if you're the admin, however, you can use the [html] and [/html] tags to post html, in which you can use <table>.

Hi!

I have got a headache regarding html tables in posts.... :'(

I put into posts html tables, and that works ok in firefox... but when somebody uses IE, everything moves... part of the table disappears, font size change, alignent disappears and all the table takes not only the post champ, but the left column.. the same happens with the firm at the bottom.

I put here some captures... both from IE (not enough place in only one screen for that disaster) and the third one from firefox...

Is this all of your code, ie the whole page, or is this your code for just the post? If it is the first of the two (like the layout) then you have posted this in the wrong post because then it would be a layout issue and not a BBC table coding issue. If this is just your post then you've got a lot of stuff in your post that probably shouldn't be there.
