SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
OK, I'm a total noob at all this stuff....
I'm trying to convert an Invision board 2.1.5 to a fresh install of SMF 1.1RC2
The SMF forum is working properly - ie I can access it and log in as admin etc.
I have the convert.php & the invision2.1_to_smf.sql files from this topic:

uploaded to the server in the same directory as the SMF installation.
When I try and run the convert.php script, it runs for about 5 seconds and gives me this output:
