......  do it 2 ways open index.template.php ald look for smflogo.gif and replace that with your logo name and  ............  it overwriting the old one but make sure your logo is uploaded to the path you have set or go into  ......

......  to a logo would be easy too. You have to have the theme on  ............  program to make or change those graphics to the logo. Remember to keep it the same type/size of  ............ . Then name it the same as the graphic you want to replace and save it to another folder as to not conflict  ............  a too large of a graphic to cause slow loading of SMF. Good luck. ......
