Changing Board Categories Color

Hello, I need help changing my board category color. I've checked the CSS file and could not find which one is to change its color. How can I find the section? where I can input my new color choice?

How can I also change the page icons?

Just so you know, the catbar css is used for much more than the categories heading...  changing it will affect other places

And what do you mean by "the pages icon"
