Need a couple buttons, default SMF Theme...

Not sure if y'all know that I'm working on UniqueForumSigs.com or not (this will eventually be turned into a book, as well).

I'd like to get a couple buttons created for the forums... they're as follows:

Submit
Donate

I'd like them to be the default theme that SMF is currently released with.  Thanks for anyone that can whip this out....
