Hello, I have an straight question, what files should be edited for a Custom Theme, I'm using Soft_MC_Blue, and I cannot see any feature working at my board (except the mod options in the Admin Panel)

Sorry for my stupid question but I don't understand this phrase

QuoteVersion 1.4 adds a new option allowing you to hide level warnings for people unable to warn. (SMF 1.1.x)

When you use visual warning 1.34 (and before), everybody can see the level warning of your warned users.
With the version 1.4, you can choose to hide this ; only people who can warn [i.e. admins, people which have the permission to warn] will see the levels on the profils..

this is great, but it is possible to hide the warning stuff on the posts?
like for example on the "infractions" feature on vb, the infractions only shows in the user profile (with a link  to the said thread), nowhere else.

is that possible?

Yes it the thing i)ve understood...but if we want to change the moderation or cancelling a moderation on a user, the text on the right of the post will remain...and is a mess to edit and cancelling manually.

Can't we add some lines that cancel automatically these ''edits''?

Thanks,
F.
I see, but some lines are not sufficiant
Keep mind that the reason of the warning is in the post, not on the PM, not on the mail
You don't want what people you warn don't know why, do you ? ^^
I will see later if I can correct this.

You should do a manual installation for your custom themes. Please refer to the official doc HERE

in the installation guide it says that i doesnt touch the database at uninstalling, that means that tables and the colum will remain as extra in the DB ?

Eleglin

Yes. So, if you uninstall it and install a new release of this mod, you don't loose your datas.

I dont think so. PhpBB is not the same with SMF

Erk... No. I don't like phpBB.
You should use SMF  :P

i hope you can make a mod like the one on this theme
http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=185537.0;topicseen
the warning system was installed on the theme or atleast it's already included.
you might want to install the theme and check the warning system that im tellin you about.

i also installed your mod, when i uninstalled it, the colors on the posts are still there :( do i have to manually remove it?

I can't see the warning button under avater next to PM and all the other buttons. I use default theme and English language... :-[
But in admin panel I do see
-Warning Management
-Post Moderation Manager

Hi,

I can't read all 4 pages of this thread my question might be asked earlier. I have installed a Visual Warning Mod on smf 1.1.3. But, when I tested by posting a test message it doesn't come to post moderation queue?

Please suggest.

The author of this post must be warned, if you want that this post come to moderation queue.
If he's not warned, then he can post as he wants.

Thanks for reply.

I don't want to warn user.

I want this feature:
2) Post moderation - the user's posts must be approved before they are seen.

As this happens in yahoo groups. Whenever user post it must be approved before they are gone public. Is it possible currently?

Thanks
