Problem in Forum if any php file include in index.php at end!

If we include any file at the end of index.php of forum then three problems come-on and from don't work properly problems are as fallows:

1.   Don't work v of boards "Jump to"
2.   On reply any massage don't give massage "Preview" if we click on "Preview" button
3.   In [More Stats] if we click on any month of year don't show days stats preview

Is there any solution?

The problem is due to the custom footer code you have above the main SMF footer. You are including an entire HTML document, complete with <html>, <head>, <body> tags. You only need to include the code in between <body> and </body> (excluding the body tags themselves).

I have successfully edited /Themes/default/index.template.php file and now our forum is working well and all three problems solved
