problem

i uploaded the files into my host set the mysql did the repair_settings.php i save delete repair_settings.php and go to my ULR and it says

Unable to load the 'main_above' template.

Try placing fresh copies of the templates. That will fix this most certainly. :)

Ok but only one problem with that i cannot find the default theams that came with my SMF i can only find the custom theams i installed into it

So you don't have the default theme at all in your theme directory?

nononononno im saying ive re-installed all my custom theams into the files but on THIS site in the Theams area i cannot find he default theams that came with my SMF

Well, you could just download SMF 1.1.5 and grab fresh copies of all the files.

nope ive just finshed re-installing all the files and i still get the same problem

By the way i fergot to mention this is 2.0 i posted it in wrong forum

That might be reason why this isn't working well. I could have swore that was a SMF 2.0 function. I'll move this topic..

Well did you upload the correct SMF 2.x files?

Now was this SMF 2.x forum fully functional before the move to this new place?  Are you sure you've uploaded your custom theme files correctly?  I take it you were using a custom theme as your forums 'default' theme?
