modification to Child Boards

well i have seen a smf forum with a nice Child Boards display

i want to know if its pocible to all themes and how coud this person made Child Boards to look like this

Yes it's possible with all themes. It requires editing BoardIndex.template.php and MessageIndex.template.php.
