Help Needed

I am really new with the entire hosting and coding things. I use this service actually because of the packages being able to be uploaded.

My problem, some of the things I want to upload say that they are not writeable. I have read where something needs to be changed to 777, but my problem I can't find that place. Also I am a little afraid to try anything as my forum had to be uninstalled and reinstalled once before for this.

Is there someone willing to contact me through PM, walk me through it step by step or give me a suggestion of another way?

Hi Olive, did you get this worked out?  Make sure your Package directory contains a folder called 'temp' and both the directory and folder are CHMODD to 777 or 775 depending on the requirements of your host.
