what was the code for the colour used so i can do all the other panles which are still in blue

question on this theme...I had side blocks on my default, but when I switch to this theme, all blocks disappear. I can still see them in the Block Manager under admin, but they don't appear on the actual page, even after I "activate" them. Any suggestions?
