In English we would be saying to me an error has occurred can not download or install new packages that you can not write in the directory "Packages"

I have all permissions set to 777 or do not understand why it does not work, I hope you can help me.

Change your folders back to 755 instead. Files should be set to 644. Create a folder called temp inside your Packages directory and CHMOD that new folder to 777. See if you can install any mods now.

If you still have problems, go to your forum error log (Admin > Maintenance > Logs > Error Log) and see if anything is there that may help out.
