SMF 1.1.10: redo all thumbnails?

I converted an old forum with thousands of images to SMF 1.1.10 . Unfortunately the convert.php did not take over image sizes and/or did not generate thumbnails.

My question:
Is there a way that I get all images resized/all image sizes to the database via an existing script or function in SMF?

Do you know PHP? If so you could script something using the createthumbnail function
