I know it has something to do with the mobi thing, but can someone clue me in on the process?

TIA

MrPhil

If you invoke your URL with ;wap, ;wap2, or ;imode on the end (or your server successfully figures out that you're on such a browser), it should be presented in a mobile-friendly manner. This generally means "simplified, low bandwidth, with no images". If that's what you're seeing now, but want to see images, something would have to be done to suppress the mode you're currently in. I don't use smart phones, and can't tell you what the difference is between wap, wap2, imode, and any other mobile modes; but maybe someone else can chime in with the tricks (or code changes) to use. I guess the first thing would be for you to define "smart phone friendly": low bandwidth, no images, or with images but rearranged for the more compact screen, or just the regular screen that you would have on a PC?

Thanks for the replies. I installed the mod and that's just what I was looking for.  :D

What about something that works with SMF 1.1.11?

pinkninja, have you read what MrPhil wrote above? SMF 1.1.11 offers those.

@Topic Starter:
Can this issue now be marked as solved? Or do you need something else with it?
