can we allow some attachments......

can we allow some attachments in one forum.for example there are two attach files in one thread  one is gif and other is jpg or some thing other.so i like to allow just gif attachment to guests so that they can only see gif not other one. is it possible?

I'm afraid this would be fairly complicated, especially because even if they were to post a jpeg as "something.gif" it would work...
