I would use it when ever you can. It reduces the number of sql queries used so should make things faster

I just installed it and cpanel says it hasn't found a compatible accelerator.  Ignore this message?

Should there be some text indicating on this cpanel page that the custom cache MOD is installed?  Just an idea (maybe saying to ignore the SMF warning)...
