Okay.  First things first.
1. In SMF 2.0 RC3, is it possible to integrate the DB with another webpage?  I was thinking it would be possible, if you copied the settings, and referenced it in the Webpage.

2. Next, Could I change the navigation menu, completely?  (As in, to the whole forum?  Would I just use the Theme's CSS?)

3. Finally, is there anyway I could get my SMF Page's Source Code?

1) Read about the SSI function of SMF, you can integrate nearly evrythingg

2) Yes, you can. But not in css files. Menubar declaration is in forumroot/sources/subs.php, nearly at the botton end

3) SMF is open source, so, you'll always get all the sourcecode.
Please, don't PM me for support unless invited.
