Would like second menu for specific categories

I have RC3 installed

I am wanting a second menu under my main horizontal menu that i can add boards to  a drop down tab so peeps can click on link and get taken straight to board, saves them scrolling down forum.

i dont understand the coding lingo I have searched all the mods and am not to sure what type of mode i should be looking for

1- upgrade to RC4. There are security fixes.
2- No, there is no feature nor any mod to do what you are asking about...   I suggest that you ask in the themes & templates board... or the help wanted board.
