[bug] 1.1 Trad. Chin. UTF-8 Pack - ManageCalendar in BIG-5

The 1.1 Beta 3 Public Chinese pack works wonder. It's great.

However I noticed that  ManageCalendar is in BIG5 instead of UTF-8 encoding, which may result in incorrect display.

1.1裡面新的檔案忘了用utf-8編碼
