Can't email Hotmail members?

For a long while now, my Forum won't email Hotmail members?

Where do I start diagnosing the problem?

Does your server have DKIM set up? Proper MX records? SPF records?

Don't know what that is so, 'Don't know', I'll ask.

In the case of all of these, they will involve your site having specific DNS records that I doubt your host will have set up for you, but I'd bet the absence of proper records is part of the problem.
