Add attachment in quick reply mod

Is there a way to add attachment in quick reply mod?

Doesn't that contradict the concept of "quick" reply?

The user won't have to go to another page to reply. User will be replying from the thread page. I'm looking to have it because the theme I'm using is working good in mobile. If it has this feature then users will be replying just like texting with others or sort of same.
