Are there any?

I'm trying to make mine look cool and instead it looks more like a Microsoft Front page newsletter from 1995.

I would suggest html based templates. If you can find a good template. I would do a search for newsletter templates. I have some on https://templateted.com with a drag drop editor you can use.

Mine is html, just don't have the creative mind to figure out what I want to do with it. Figured I'd see if anybody shared any here. I only found one that somebody did about 10 years ago here. I just do my editing on notepad.

As you're using TinyPortal, perhaps you could build one using the editor in a html article, then grab the code from it for your newsletter.  Don't know if that will work, but just an idea.

Please do, and let us know if it works.  I've used that method in the past to build content for blocks.
