How to change maximum character amount is poll?

Hi..

I'm using smf 2.0.15 and I have a problem with the poll and the topic that is I like to increase the maximum amount of character of the topic title and also pool question and the answers

cos some topic titles and poll question and the answers and little long so characters will automatically cut down when they post

so can some one tell me how to increase the limits of maximum characters
