Onko edes mahdollista, että uuden rekisteröityessä tulisi ilmoitus ylläpidolle?
Jos, niin miten sen saa toimimaan?

Se on asetus.
Admin -> Members -> Registration -> Settings -> Notify administrators when a new member joins
