Activation Emails not working

Hey Everyone,

Having a strange one on the forums were suddenly activation emails are not being sent? All other emails (Newsletters etc..) all working no problems.

But not activation emails, even if user requests additional and when admin send additioinal.

No errors in logs.

Any Ideas?
