"Your session timed out while posting." when trying to copy theme

Hi,
Im getting this error when I try to Copy a template from the theme this is based on.
I get the error on Administration Center » Themes and Layout » Modify Themes » Copy a template from the theme this is based on.

An Error Has Occurred!
Your session timed out while posting. Please go back and try again.

Im running clean install of SMF 2.0.18 with PHP 7.3
Using Morning theme - https://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?lemma=2872

I tried searching for this error but most of the posts are from two or three years ago.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Not sure why you'd want to use that feature, but it doesn't work.  Just d/l the template and upload it where you want it.

I needed to modify the template and keep the original for compare.
I find a way around by editing the information file inside the zip file and installing it as new template.
ps: Too bad its not working.
