Calendar error 'termsAndCond' doesn't have a default value

Trying to add an event in the calendar and then it forwards me over the the board to post in, I created a post, filled in all the fields requested, added an image and clicked on "Post" and get this error:

Database Error
Field 'termsAndCond' doesn't have a default value
File: /home2/*****/public_html/******/Sources/Subs-Calendar.php
Line: 1218

although it did post to the forum and the calendar!

I don't have any errors in admin although I am having problems in that area too (might be related I dunno)

What mods do you have installed? SMF doesn't have a field called "termsAndCond".

Marking this solved for now because I'm reinstalling for other reasons.

So I was having this same error again cause I haven't tried it in a while but I followed the instructions posted here by changing the "termsAndCond" column to null in smf_calendar and success with no errors.

Still not sure which mod caused this but just posting in case anyone else runs across this problem and if you figure out which mod it is please let me know.
