Problems with user's registration date

When any user register using register form of the forum his registration date is set correctly; but if any user register using register form of the site and then i add to user list using mos2smfusers.php, the registration date is wrong!

Why this happen?

Though for some reason I thought that owuld have been fixed a while back.  Which version of the file are you using?  Did you get it from here:

I can't remember where i download it but i think from mamboforge. Why? Is it not fixed that version?
Where can i download the right version?
