The "Like" feature

I enabled this and it seems to show up only in boards where members may make posts. I was hoping it could be used in, for instance, our announcement board where posting is restricted to Admin=only.

Was there some setting or feature I overlooked?

Set permissions for it.

The member group has that permission set. I don't see anything on the board permission, so is there another permission setting I'm overlooking?
