Smf is at "smf.ddddd.com" vb is at "ddddd.com"

The scripts looks for present of these two files in the path
"/admin/config.php", "/includes/config.php"

VB has admincp and no config.php ?
"/includes/config.php" I put 777

Edit the .sql file and remove the reference to "/admin/config.php", and see if that helps

Make sure your SMF database user has permission to access the vbulletin database.
