Missing?  What did you do to the package you downloaded to take that out?

Or have you just not looked at permissions yet?

In that case, I'll tell you how to do it:

To make a board so only administrators can post new topics in it:
First, click on Admin -> Edit Permissions.  Once there, scroll down to the list of boards.

There you shall see the board in question.  Please click the "local" link to the immediate left of its name.  The page should load, and now you will have a listing of groups under that board.

Click on "Modify" after "Ungrouped Members" there in that board's list.  Now find the "post new topics" permission, and  change it from "Allow" to "Deny".

Its there XrD.nl The permission feature at first is a little scary, take the time to look it over, You will find it, Goto edit groups and permission (for private beta thats what it was) it should be in the same spot, right know im upgrading my forums!

About the subdirectory issue: due to the way things are packaged, this would be difficult unless you can tell me of a way to make zip, gzip, abnd bzip2 put things into a directory by default.

I tried to post a new topic and got this error.  I thought maybe something happened so i created a new catagory and still got the error.  Suggestions?

I recommend you turn Queryless URLs back off since your server does not support them.

Yeah, minimum of 1.5.4... might work with lower, but not tested.
