Joomla Chinese text broken on wrapped forum page

- Joomla Chinese UTF-8 version
- SMF English version with Chinese UTF-8 language pack installed

All Chinese text is fine in Joomla, but when you go to the wrapped forum page the Joomla text (menu, footer etc) is broken...

Just solved the problem last night. Turns out that even though you wanna use UTF-8 for encoding, you must NOT check the "Use UTF-8" check box when you are installing SMF. I've installed SMF for 6 times before I finally figured out THAT was causing the problem.
