File does not end with ?>

Just trying to resolve some problems on my forum.  I ran file_check.php and found one of the files:-

/Sources/ManageMembers.php
File does not end with ?>

I replaced this file from one extracted from the full install zip file, ran file_check.php again and I still get the sam result?  Are there issues here?

How odd, there's a random newline after the ?> tag.
