Does not work Newsletters

I convert phpFusion to SMF 2 RC 3.0. Does not work Newsletters.

Go to News and Newsletters -> newsletter -> bla-bla-bla
Pages slow refreshed and counts 100%. No action.

In error_log - nothing!

Mail type = PHP default - 0

notification of new topics - pass.

If I install a new forum, newsletter - pass.

Probably a problem in the converted database?

Might be a longshot, but did you run "Find and Repair any errors" in Admin -> Maintenance -> Forum Maintenance?
