Image - Newsflash problem

I am trying to add a newsflash here but when i do, it pushes the image over to the right quite a bit.  I can't get it to stay in that frame.

Anybody now why and how to fix it?

I don't know, I'm not even sure what your problem is.  This looks like more of an issue for the HTML/CSS board.
