WYSIWYG Editor in Posting similar to here.

I have noticed that when you click one of the icons above ^^^; to add either a link, or a pic or whatever, you do not get a pop-up to add the link url information and you must then add the link to the code to make it work.  I have auto inbed enabled on my forum so getting pics and video to post is not a problem.  But I think for COMPLETE code and forum NEwbies that are not at all computer savvy this may become a problem.  Is there a way to get a pop-up to enter the links etc so that it makes it a little more user friendly?  I am looking to get it to act similar to V-bulletin when using these functions.

I am just updating my threads and adjusting my notifies so I do not leave anything hanging.  Thanks for any help when you get the mod done.  No hurry...
