2.1 Beta 3 BUG attachment size

Im new at Bug reports, so please excuse if I made a post error

I set attachments as follows... 1 mb size per attachment and 2 mb for overall

When I went to create a post, I noticed this

Restrictions: 4 per post, maximum total size 2 MB, maximum individual size 1 KB

Update.. I changed per attachment to 1200 and now it shows 1mb per attachment
So its still a bug and I havenet checked either to verify that the attachment is really 1kb or 1mb

Attachments aren't being rejected for being larger than incorrectly reported size level, but the text is incorrect.
